In A Flash Singlet, Baroque Blue Pace Crops, and More

In Australia - Baroque Blue hyperstripe Pace crops, shown with the Roll Out tank.

Also only in Australia - a Petal Pop In a Flash tank and Fresh Teal Pace Crops. Also shown is a Paris Perfection In a Flash tank. This tank looks like a junior high home economics class project to me.

More Roll Out tank photos. Also shown are Roll Out crops in Fresh Teal.

More goodies uploaded to Australia - Baroque Blue Studio Pants, other colors of the Every Yogi (would love a baroque blue or a print in the EY), and Play All Day shorts in Pop Plaid Multi.

Canada got reversible Baroque Blue WUCs uploaded last night but it looks like there is a new vest coming and maybe a new bag. (Thanks to Ms. E. for pointing this out.)

The roll out top is definitely not for busty ladies.

The redheaded model is incredibly beautiful!! Wow!

I would love a reflective vest for my PM runs. This vest looks like a safari or camping vest. Weird.

I can't decide if I like the Roll Out tank or not. I really want to because I love the colors and fabrics, but the real test of a tank for me is if it can hold up to burpees, and it looks like both the tank and I would be bouncing all over the place. I don't want to be worried about my cleavage when I'm working with my trainer! Between that and the baseball hem, I think I'll pass. I really hope we get the no limits in that petal pop combo though.

I almost grabbed the baroque blue studio pants this morning, but even recent reviews look like they're still having issues with the waistbands rolling. Any idea of this issue has been fixed?

Agreed that the In a Flash tank is nothing special. What happened to innovative styles?

I like the roll out tank and crops. Being a runner though, I prefer crops with a zip pocket at the back to carry phone/ipod. All the "new" colors seem to be same as last year (teal and lavender were both around Spring 2013). No purchase for me on the Canadian side. Still hoping they will bring out some more PS stripe Runday crops or at least some colors instead of just changing up the waistband...

A "junior high home economics project" is a perfect description for that tank indeed! LOL.

The Play All Day shorts are very cute!

Junior High, I second and third that! plus its got no give in the fabric so its hard to get on. I got pushed into trying the roll out tank on instore and its actually really nice! Its longer than it looks because of the low neckline. Its flattering like a 105f as its not figure hugging. Its like butter on, silky smooth. The top kind of flattened my tiny bustline out but was ok with the pads in. It does seem quite supportive as its firm. Would like to see it on a busty lady tho. The back is very very pretty. I think the thin straps over the shoulder might annoy me over time. Still on the fence and with 50 tanks to my name, not sure I NEED it, lol right now:)

The roll out tank looks like it would be just that for larger busted ladies. The girls would just roll on out... Lol!

Can anyone tell me if we can expect an OM Tee or if we're getting the Every Yogi Tee? I think I'm confused. I really wanted the OM Tee but I see Australia got the Every Yogi.

Ordered the Roll Out Tank…let's see if it's a little TOO true it's name and the boobs roll on out…if so, it's going back faster than it was shipped.

Two questions for you lady's regarding material issues on the PS WUC and Flip your Dog Tee.

1. Have you experienced pilling with your PS WUC? I received my pair today and feel particularly worried, as the material feels like they are going to pill. I have noticed that they are attracting a lot of hair as well...

2. For anyone who has felt the Flip your dog tee in store AND ordered online - have you noticed that the material feels completely different? I purchased the top in store - teal and grey, then I ordered another in black as I could not find my size in stores. I received it today and it does NOT feel like the ones I purchased in store, it feels cheaper. The material is not smooth to touch - it feels more rough like a forever 21 garment. I know I am not crazy, I asked family members and friends to compare the fabrics - without making mention of my opinion, and they all came to the same conclusion...

Kudos to the model wearing the Light As Air thong. I would never be brave enough to bare my bottom to the world.

Ooh, I'd like some speed shorts in that pop plaid multi

I don't think it is a new bag in the last photo, it looks like the Carry Me Om Tote.

I went to the new store in Alderwood Mall north of Seattle. It's kind of small, but the employees were very nice and helpful. They didn't have a lot of the new stuff yet. I did try on the blue Bhakti Jacket. It's pretty long, so it didn't work for my short self (5', 103#), but it would be really cute on a taller person. The color is so much richer and more saturated than cornflower (wish I hadn't bought stuff in cornflower now!) And the cut of the jacket is very flattering, albeit it on the long side.

I also tried on the Weightless LS and the Track Tee. Both are size down items. I'm normally a 4, and I was a 2 in both these items. The Track Tee's sleeves are kind of a funny capped length that made my arms look fatter, and the neck came down pretty darn low, could see the top of my bra.

Something I ended up liking (much to my surprise) was the In a Flash bra. I just wasn't digging the color that was available, though, so I'll wait til a better color comes out.

I ended up walking out with a moonbeam/inkwell hyperstriped CRB that was on sale for $29.00. I had been eyeing that when it came out, was even more eager to get it to go with my inkwell BB Speeds, and was glad I waited til it went on sale! (I thought the $34 price on WMTM was still too high, so glad I held out!)

Nothing else of much interest. I tried on the Winter Sprinter tights. I loved the fabric and the length, but did not like the super high waist! Ended up not getting those (they were on sale for $79)

Chai time pullover just showed up in my ct store product notification. Is it coming back?!

Anonymous said...

@anon 1:32pm Weird that the Winter Sprinters were still $79 at Alderwood. I got a pair at Pacific Place (downtown Seattle) last week for $39! Yeah, the waist is kinda weird/high but I'm still in love with them - they're super cozy! Was actually thinking about going back for a second pair.

Interesting about the Chai time...I ordered mine online but my store (Walnut Creek in Northern California) never got it. According to the eds in my store, most stores didn't. Maybe now they are? Weird bc they came out in august I think.

I skeptically tried the roll out tank yesterday and actually loved it! Thought it was very flattering for a small busted girl like me, and even gives me a little oomph without feeling like I'm going to fall out. And the material is butter soft compared to the 105f material IMO. And the baroque blue is goooorgeous. Don't knock it til you try it!

I think the tank has a nice silhouette, but for anyone larger than an A, it gives the boobs a rather odd shape. It squishes them weirdly down and to the side. Or it might be an optical illusion...either way unflattering. Bummer because I really wanted to love it. I think it's very pretty otherwise.

Nooo I waited too long & now the surge mat is sold out :*( I guess i might settle for pink.

OT---Beyond Yoga's customer service is possibly worse off then LLL. I have been trying to get a response to an email about a return for 3 weeks now. I finally received a reply today and was told the size I wanted is not available. The size has been available this whole time…but magically right after they sell out I get told I'm out of luck…after harassing them for 3 weeks just trying to get a response…ugh!! So frustrating!!

Anon@12:00 p.m., it' weird that you mention you noticed a difference in fabric between a shirt you bought online and one you bought in a store. I bought a CRB online, and it felt a lot thinner and stretchier than the one I got in the store. Now they were different colors, so that could be part of the issue too (perhaps manufactured in different countries? Or different content of poly and nylon?) I will never know because I pulled off the tag I already had. It would be nice if the quality/material and sizing would be consistent with all their products no matter the color or size or whatever! The sizing is such a killer. I can be a 2 in a top (like the Track tee, and the 105 in a 2 is too big!) or a 6 in a top (anything with a built in bra!) I'm usually a 6 in swiftlies, but I got a 4 in the short sleeved black and white striped one, and that fits fine (because it's stretchier than my other ones!) So far, at least in the bottoms, I'm a consistent 4! But yeah, hard to buy online sometimes because of the crazy sizing!

Nothing of appeal here. Agree that In a Flash tank is bad. What's with the blue Dance Studio pants? Yeah they're "baroque" blue but c'mon, they released a very similar blue version last year. Agree that most of this is just a boring repeat of colours. Pantone fashion 2014 has a great yellow (freesia) and orange (celosia orange): will we be seeing these in LLL? (In non-neon versions!)

I think the Roll Out Tank is going to roll right into wmtm. So easily invites a wardrobe malfunction. Plus, fitted up top and loose at the bottom. Totally annoying for yoga (will fall away from body when you don't want it to) and god help you if you're doing something like burpees!

@LLA or anyone... Have you tried Victorias secret's newer workout clothes? Any reviews? Their knockout crops look cute (kinda look like ebb material?)

@ 6:28 - I have a couple of Victoria's Secret jackets (kind of like the Lulu Forme) and they're awesome. Fabulous colors, material, fit and cuffins! Only drawback is they come in limited colors. Haven't tried their crops/pants - I live in Astro pants.

Anon@3:38, I can't believe the Winter Sprinter pants were so much cheaper there! I hate going to Pacific Place besides paying for parking, you have to be mindful of whether you entered on 6th or 7th. (I forgot which street I came in once, and I thought my car was stolen--because I was on the wrong side of the garage, d'oh!) I was lucky that my parking ticket still worked, and I was able to get out of the garage: I was wandering around there for such a long time! I'm so short, that my rise is short. I could only wear them rolling down the waistband, and that was just a little bulky at the waist then. I'm glad they worked for you, I loved the fabric and the shorter legs!

Anon @5:23 p.m. and others noticing differences in material between in store and online purchases:

I called GEC to inquire about any fabric changes, and upon explaining my situation I was immediately offered a gift card. I was a bit confused because I did not go in to the conversation with any intention of return/money, but hey, I am addicted to their Kool-Aid and so I took it. I thought I would let you know in case you found yourself in my situation. It was very weird, but I guess I must not have been the only customer with a complaint to this degree.

anon@7:41, wow! Good to know! Thanks!

I probably won't do anything because I really wanted that color, but it was weird!

Anonymous said...

I have a similar issue with the texture of the material on my swiftly long sleeves the one I just got from WMTM in the cream color paisley pattern is a rougher texture than all the others that I have. Must be an inconsistency in the way the fabric is processed.
